DOES A RETAINER INCLUDE PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?
Our retainer rates include public holidays, but we will only be taking off Tasmanian holidays off. If your Virtual Assistant goes on personal leave and there is no one else to cover, we will not charge you for that time off.
DO YOU PAY WHEN YOU TAKE PERSONAL HOLIDAYS?
The wonderful team are employees of the business - not contractors. This means they earn the permanent wage each week. We request that retainers from our clinicians are paid weekly despite taking their own personal holidays to keep the business running well and moral stays high.

REFUNDS POLICY
Refunds are accepted if the item you receive is faulty or defective.
To arrange your refund, please email us within 5 working days of receiving of your order & include a description of the problem as well as photos showing the fault/defect of the item.
